I brought my 2010 Lexus GS 350 to Bidwell Automotive on Thursday for an alternator and serpentine belt replacement. I supplied a brand-new NAPA remanufactured alternator that came with a bench-test sheet showing it was verified at 14.4 volts. I picked the car up the same day, drove it about 25 minutes home, and parked it. Friday morning the car was completely dead — no power, no dash lights, nothing. This is the only place in Folsom I will be taking my car to from now on. I had a terrible experience at a different auto shop in Folsom where I had taken my car to for years. They recently quoted me for a job at $4000 that Bidwell quoted me for $2600. I also gave all of the local shops a call to get a second quote and Bidwell was the fairest price and also the most pleasant to deal with. Tom is no nonsense and solution oriented. I definitely recommend.

I recently had a repair on my 2017 honda accord .I came in needing work done on my back suspension, i had been too three otheir places .
