Extremely difficult process to pay Bidegain my monthly dues. Unable to make payments with their preferred online method, and no one seems to know how to correct it (best recommendation is start up a new email address just to manage HOA payments? really?). Bill Pay does not find them on Chase, or the local credit union, so it has to mail checks to them instead and I get to wait weeks for confirmation if payment received once deposited. She handles the HOA on the property where I have lived since 2004 in Tucson, AZ. It is my opinion that this HOA needs a Forensic Accounting by a third party to determine if everything is appropriate. I welcome any responses by any reputable law firm who specializes in the segment of the AZ law.
