Bide-a-Wee Inn & Cottages Recently renovated, Bide-a-Wee offers comfortable rooms and, more important for families, duplex-style cottages with fireplaces and kitchenettes that feel like your own mini-vacation hideaway while visiting the Monterey area. A little pricey and multiple nights are required for certain holidays, but usually well worth it.
Family friendly A very cute litte place. Loved the color--yellow. We stayed in a family cottage which came complete with a kitchette, fireplace and a nice sized family room area. The weather didn't cooperate much so the fireplace was nice for a rainly afternoon and in the evenings. With short walking distance to the beach and centrally located to other toursite areas it was the perfect place to stay.
Great place to stay! Bide A Wee has been a great place for us to stay. They are always very accomodating, able to provide cribs, move furniture so all our baby stuff fits, change reservations (with more than 72 hours notice), etc. They have both one room hotel rooms with microwave and small fridge, plus some larger rooms with a separate bedroom and more complete kitchen (great for families). Walking distance from the beach
Great little hide-away. Friendly.
In the past we have stayed and loved it. We even referred people, but they have had a change of owners and their staff unprofessional, need training in customer service & policies. It will probably be the last time we go. Won’t recommend anymore people.
Cute accommodations & quiet. Breakfast? Not really. Coffee, Tea, Fruit? Juice? Cereal? Toast? Muffins cut in half, if there are any left. Poor. Screwed up resv. So had to change rooms in mid visit. Livid Pet friendly is what kept us there.
