Biddle Street takes care of us time and time again. Beatrice is exceptional and always makes sure our needs our met, going over all the details before every catering order is placed. If you haven't worked with Biddle Street before, consider starting with their chicken lasagna!
The food is great.
After arriving 1/2 late for our scheduled time, we were not at all pleased with the food. Mind you, the catering was for a holiday party for our organization. We ordered 3 separate entrees (Chicken Pierre, Chicken Quesadilla and Salmon). The staff complained that all were dry and over cooked. One of the side dishes was mashed potatoes. They were extremely dry and the texture of them was stiff and crumbly. No moisture to them at all. Needless to say that we were not at all pleased and will not be utilizing the business again.
