Establish an understanding on warranty expectations with Dwayne before having work done. I have a 2018 GMC Sierra Z71 in pristine condition and it has been impeccably maintained. Biddle on the dyno hub tunning is excellent. Most shops will give you the run around and lies. Biddle is straight up and no bull. I learned more in 1 day with him than the last 6 years at the track. I would recommend them for anything. I appreciate what they did for me and know they can do the same for you. Just a heads up, don't let his dogs out,1 is very hard to get back. Great work. Thank you
I'll continue to be a customer of Biddle motorsports. I took my truck to Duane fearing that I had the dreaded lifter issue. It's an expensive and time consuming problem to repair. They reviewed the truck and found that the issue was NOT the lifter issue, rather two sparkplugs that had worked themselves loose. The end result to me was a working truck and a bill in the hundreds vs the thousands. This was clearly a situation where I could have been taken advantage of and was not.
