Good for the money and preferable location. Housekeeping is the worst service you could imagine. Only by the request, housekeeping service would be provided. Among the 4 days I got the service, I experienced horrible 3-day cleaning below expectation by any standard. No bed cleaning, dislocated trash bins in the room with such a careless personnel. Cute boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, perfect location for IU families. Housekeeping is available based on request. No beverages (water bottles) are provided in the hotel room. Suggest taking refillable water bottles as multiple water stations are available in the union and throughout the campus.
Overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. We were disappointed however in our stay. We requested housekeeping which was not provided. Also the Furnishings in the rooms are quite dated and some of the rooms are very small. There are better options for hotels in Bloomington
