Super convenient location for any IU campus business! Exterior is beautiful and rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Nice soaps, somewhat chintzy fixtures. Some aspects of the quality are not what you’d expect from an otherwise comparable hotel. One example: The gym has a few working treadmills but the sole weight machine is out of order and the water station is dry. Good location, but housekeeping came into my LOCKED room while I have having a fiddle in the biddle. Not nice
The rooms have recently been upgraded and look great. The location is ideal in the middle of a beautiful campus. The fitness room seems completely neglected. No wipes, no cups for water, the only weight machine was out of order and 1 of the 2 ellipticals didn't work. I was also unimpressed with a young lady at front desk who was mocking a caller on the phone who was upset about a unexpected cancelled room.
Walls are paper thin. My neighbor's snoring is keeping me up. Very busy hotel. We weren't able to check in until 5:30 - check in starts at 4.
