Location, location, location! Room is serviceable but we had a broken thermostat and had to move. Next room was smaller and the shower knob slipped from warm to scalding unless you kept your hand on it. Rooms are clean, TVs are old, with basic channels, and wifi is dependent on your location in the building. The location is excellent if you are there for IU activities.
O hotel é muito bom e não tenho nada de negativo a assinalar nas instalações e na localização, mas o serviço e a gestão são péssimos. Cobraram-me mais 85 dólares do que o indicado na reserva e há 3 semanas que ando a enviar emails para pedir o reembolso e nem sequer me respondem. Nem me enviaram um recibo do pagamento. Esta situação é inaceitável e diz muito mal do hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. The single room was a bit small compared to what's built today but I liked it and thought it had a cozy feel. The staff were super friendly. And the IU campus is really gorgeous. It was nice to be able to walk around and see the beautiful buildings and landscape. The hotel is also in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. One downside: It was easy to hear people just walking through the hallways but I had ear plugs so didn't mind.
