A builder who does not keep up to his words. We bought the condo town house and live on the 3rd floor. The house is made with such a cheap quality material that even if one walks, the neighbors living on the floor below or behind us can hear that. We were assured before moving that no noise will be heard by any of the neighbors. But this is clearly not the case. If anybody is cooking on the floor below us, our house smells of their food.
