It's really difficult to describe the how bad this place was. First, the price. $169.00. Second, the condition of the room. I will try to post pictures, but there was a hole (appeared to be from a fist) in the back of the door. The baseboard heat was rusted and the temperature in the room was 62 degrees and no way to control it. The dirt on the walls, doors and floor was unbelievable.
