If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday (a week prior). My husband took the day off work and at 10:00 AM he called because they were a no show. The woman said "oh, we don't work on your brand of unit". What the Hell? You couldn't make a phone call? You didn't know when we scheduled that you don't work on that unit?
