Today I visited Bicycle Space in Ivy City, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I called ahead about getting a flat tire repaired, and Gordon picked up right away. He told me I could come in immediately since they weren’t too busy, which was already a great start. I cannot say enough about working with Peter over the years with any service related issues. Issues with bikes, particularly those with electronics, are going to happen and cannot be avoided. What I’ve appreciated about Peter is that when something happens with my bike, he always tried to solve the issue quickly if it can be solved quickly. He also takes the time to explain to me what exactly is going wrong, why it might’ve happened, and how perhaps the issue can be avoided in the future. i never received my ebike after 2 months of waiting i used my dc ebike voucher back in April its now june still no bike ive called numerous times they always say they gonna call me back with update and never do worst experience ever
Great service. I took my bike in and was immediately helped. Jose did an outstanding job fixing my bike and walking me through what all was wrong. I've always been happy with the service I've received here and will continue to come back.
