Leaving this 5***** review specifically for Will, who went above and beyond to help me find the right bike for my lifestyle!
Chuck is a fantastic bike mechanic and a really good guy. Takes time with you, listens well. Gives honest assessments. Maybe not the cheapest shop around, but to me it is well worth it to know that the work is done right and also since I value the relationships with the shop. (These guys remember you and your bike.) Plus, the weekly, free shop rides are very fun, a great service to the community--another reason I support my local bike shop instead of Amazon.
This location is permanently closed, they’re moving to somewhere east of the green line on K. It was a great shop though!
