Went to the bike shop yesterday (first time ever) to drop off a head shock from an old cannondale mountain bike. Adam and Owen stopped what they were doing and spent over an hour taking apart and rebuilding my head shock.........I was amazed how polite and accommodating they were as well as the other employees who treated me like I was family.
