Wow what awesome service!!! Riley was amazing and really helped me out in picking the right bike! I also went to the Philips Hwy store and had the same level of service by a young lady (sorry I forgot the name). The mechanics ( two different Andrews and a nick) would chime in and it was a really great experience at both shops. Highly recommended if you want great products with great service. Thank you to the whole team! Riley you get a gold star though. Support your local bike shops!

I just want to take a minute and thank Michael Scarbrough and Adam Baker for the quick turn around on my Trek Project 1 after having a catastrophic failure. They rebuilt the rear wheel, replaced the rear derailleur, fixed the paint, and had me back on the road in less than a week ready to ride the Florida Tour de Force. I can’t thank you guys enough!

After being told it would take a few days to repair the tire on my bike, I received a text a week after dropping it off letting me know I could pick it up. When the staff member began to roll my bike towards me, he discovered an additional repair necessary to the tire that no one spotted while fixing the flat. He quoted a price that did not include the labor of ten minutes he invested in changing out the tire. Poor service + Poor attitude = Take your bike anywhere but here.
