I can't say enough great things about the attention and assistance I received at this shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and even called me after I had already left to tell me that I had another color option for the bike I ordered. They let you try out bikes behind the store, explaining the pros and cons of each, and really give you time to think about your choice. Double thumbs up for Bicycles Etc.!
