I made my first visit to TBW yesterday and before I even got to the door something special happened. Something that shows how the shop cares for their clients and strives to be better than the rest. After just a few minutes talking with Shepard and the staff I realized that this is the type of business that I want to support and will recommend to everyone I know. Good job guys!
Tenafly Bicycle Workshop is the tops! They are completely professional and willing to work with the customer to make proper equipment decisions and purchases. The shop has a laid back vibe and is really about building a community around cycling. They fix my stuff when I break it! Way more than just a bicycle store...
