Great shop with great people. wished I lived closer so I could actually come into the shop. But even living several states away they made a bike purchase as simple as possible and answered every question I could think of. Will not be my last bike purchase from them.
The Tenafly Bicycle Workshop is what all bike shops should be like. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and any question you have, they will have an answer. But on top of that, they are just nice people. My first time in the shop, I felt like the staff already knew me for years. Everyone in the shop treats you great. Be it building you a new bike, or working on your current one, you can rest assured that whoever works on your bike not only knows what they are doing but will take great pride in it too.

There's just such a welcoming dynamic the TBW pros have and it is something special! They have deep cycling knowledge and are always willing to share it with riders of all levels and skill. The Bicycle Workshop is a gem; from building frames or wheels from scratch or complex work on custom jackshaft "vintage" bikes to simple fixes on the smallest thing - all with a smile. There's no other place I'd ever get my or my family's bicycle needs taken care of. Every one of the staff is word class!
