I just got my new bike yesterday and they ensured that my bike was ready to go and i had everything i needed to start my new hobby. I was fitted to my bike and they took time to answer all my questions. I love this place, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Carlos and Gilbert were very helpful from the beginning to the end. I felt like a friend there and I'm looking forward on riding the trails with them someday.
I have owned my Sedona DX 90 days. Just picked it up after the free 90 day "Spa" treatment. It was completely free, no pressure to buy accessories, great customers to talk too, and the staff is excellent.
I just got my new bike yesterday and Gilberto helped me out a lot. He got me fitted to my bike today and took the time to do it. He also answered a lot of questions about the bike I got and what the different parts were. This is the first bike shop that has helped me with all my questions without making feel stupid.
I bought my wife of 35 years a new bike for Christmas and she is stoked! 2017 LIV Avail Advanced...sweet ride for the new year! Thanks to Carlos, Gilbert and Luis for all the help and great customer service. Again!
