I enjoy going to Bicycle Warehouse Chula Vista because Marcus, Gilbert and Juan are friendly and professional. Though my MTB experience only covers four years I’ve purchased three MTB and had two major overhauls for my Specialized Stumpjumper. These guys even take some of their free time and ride with you. I have to give a shout out to Jeff the bike mechanic in Kearny Mesa for keeping my bikes up to par. Thanks Debbie for having a great crew!
We just got yesterday a new bike for my son , Gilbert did an awesome job from the beginning he fit the bike to him and he made some sugestion for a better fit , replaced the stem for a shorter one , my son feels more comfortable the fit of the bike..... Thank you Gilbert for all your time and great customer skills, we definitely come back to get a new ride for my youngest son....
