The Bicycle Station went above and beyond with helping me with my new bike. Patrick and his bike technician (a nice young man) adjusted my new bike several weeks after my husband bought it for me (my Christmas present). He also demo'ed the gear shifting as I wasn't familiar with the gears. Thanks Bicycle Station! A very satisfied customer.

I was traveling thru Cheyenne to Oregon for some triathlon competition, when I noticed my Tri bike front wheel was about to come off. Upon checking it out I found the front Skewer was missing. It was late on Saturday and I needed a new skewer. I googled Cheyenne bike shops and the Biking Station was close by. I gave them a call, told them what I needed and hurried off to get there before they closed. I did not need to rush. When I got there, the staff and owner were waiting with skewer in hand.
