I cannot say enough about working with Peter over the years with any service related issues. Issues with bikes, particularly those with electronics, are going to happen and cannot be avoided. What I’ve appreciated about Peter is that when something happens with my bike, he always tried to solve the issue quickly if it can be solved quickly. i never received my ebike after 2 months of waiting i used my dc ebike voucher back in April its now june still no bike ive called numerous times they always say they gonna call me back with update and never do worst experience ever
Great service. I took my bike in and was immediately helped. Jose did an outstanding job fixing my bike and walking me through what all was wrong. I've always been happy with the service I've received here and will continue to come back.

I’ve had several great interactions with BicycleSPACE Ivy City, especially with Shawn, management and the gentleman in the back with the hat and glasses, who have both been helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. However, during my two most recent visits, Peter came across as grumpy, overly opinionated, and dismissive, particularly around e-bikes, and most recently raised his voice at my son for touching a bike before becoming defensive when I raised the concern.
