This is my first road bike, and purchasing it from The Bike Shop was an excellent decision! Kathy explained the ins and outs of the bike's features, Jack fitted it expertly to me, and Jeff patiently familiarized me with the bike. I received supreme service in all respects. But to top it off, as I left the shop (Jeff and Van stayed an hour and a half past closing time to be sure I was comfortable with the bike), Jeff noticed my car had a flat tire. Jack worked with me to select the perfect bike for my needs and experience . after I decided on a bike Jack fit it to me perfectly , and he doesn't miss anything on the bike in explaining what it does and also talks about safety and flats and shows you how to repair . Jeff really helped me meet my needs for a bike today! Everyone there was really friendly and knowledgable about the products they sold. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a bike even if you don't know exactly which bike you're looking for.

I love this bike shop. Jack and Kathy are down to earth folks who love cycling and help the novice achieve their goals. This is where I bring my bike for repairs and tune ups. Jack and crew are AWESOME. Hands down the best repair facility around. They do it right the first time!
