While on our to the area for a vacation my new bike fell off the rack and got dragged destroying the rear tire and damaging the rim. I quickly googled a bike shops and found The Bicycle Shop. I explained to Jack what happened and despite it being a busy holiday weekend, he took my bike right back and had me fixed and out in 20 minutes. Thanks Jack for saving our trip!

Bought my new bike there a few weeks ago, I am so happy with my purchase! Returned today for a pump and a lock, got the best customer service both times. They were all so helpful, I would totally recommend them!
****Despite my friends and family's warnings I gave this place a chance. I went in to get my bike tuned and brake pads replaced. Payed $80 to find out they didn't do anything to it at all. I wouldn't recommend these untrustworthy crooks to anyone.****
