Their bike knowledge and familiarity with trails in Alaska are unmatched, and their friendly approachable vibe made it easy to walk in, ask questions, and get the exact bike I needed. Great salesman yesterday helped our family of 3 all leave with a new bike. I would highly recommend them for you biking needs. He took his time making sure we got bikes that fit us and our needs.
We have purchased 2 adult bikes and 4 kids bikes thanks to their trade up program. My kids love Tall Paul, he always remembers their name. Their service is great!
