Great shop and great tune-up policy – Overall a great bike shop. If you buy a bike from them, they will give you lifetime free tune-ups (e.g, brake and cable adjustments, minor repair). With bike tuning costing around $30 - $40 a pop, this service is great. When I bought my bike, I didn't really know what to get, but I based my decision on both the recommendations from the store and also by test riding like 4-5 bikes. Terrible Sales Team – This is probably the worst bicycle sales team I've ever met. They suggested a bike for me and told me that it was the only bike in the market that I could buy for my size. This was completely not true. I've been to other bike dealers since and have been given a large number of suggestions. Just because it is the only bike in the store that is my size doesn't mean they should tell that this is the only bike in the market that is my size.
