I love dealing with Tim and everyone at Bicycle Outlet is knowledgeable and helpful! It's been super helpful as the kids were growing out of their bikes through the years so that we could get credit on other bikes as we needed larger sizes. Tim is super helpful for getting your bike dialed in to make sure it's a comfortable ride!
Bicycle Outlet is the Ollivanders of bikes. Tim is top notch at understanding your needs and fitting your bike to you. I was having some numbness in my feet on my previous gravel bike at about 10 miles. One fitting and adjustment from Tim and the tingling disappeared. My wife and I walked in to the store a few days ago as we were thinking about getting a bike in the future. The sales people were so incredibly friendly and we ended up buying a bike. We will happily come back in the future!

I called and asked if they would be willing to offer some advice on 2 models of bike, I'm looking at that they sell today. the dude that answered snapped at me and said that he wouldn't know anything about either bike before i even got a chance to tell him what they were. Rude and unprofessional shop, I would not recommend doing business with them. Im not sure who i spoke with. Whoever answered the phone at 4.
