Tim is one of the nicest guys you will meet. Almost everyone in the area that owns a bike knows him. He is so helpful, genius, and friendly. I don't think I will ever forget him... Oh! and his bikes! He does such a great job getting you deals, upgrades, tune-ups and accessories. He loves to chat while working and makes an effort to give you the best service possible. I love dealing with Tim and everyone at Bicycle Outlet is knowledgeable and helpful! It's been super helpful as the kids were growing out of their bikes through the years so that we could get credit on other bikes as we needed larger sizes.
