I could not be happier with my experience today. I took my son to Springfield (1.5 hour drive) to find him a slightly nicer bike and was becoming disheartened to learn that every shop was well out of our price range. When we got here we were greeted by the nicest guy who helped my son find a bike to fit his height and our budget. Kovach is the best. Can’t state that enough! Emergency bike fix needed and he hopped right in and set us right.
Always impressed with this place. Staff is super friendly and they will get you set up with whatever you need no matter where you ride. So many great trails in the area now and it is great to have a shop like this to help keep you moving. We were in and out in a couple of minutes this morning and they even installed the part for me so I didn't have to stop back by the house.
Had a wonderful experience trying out bikes and learning about the awesome services offered by Tim and his crew. Decided on beautiful Scott ebike and can’t wait to get out and ride. Thanks Tim!
