We took a bike in for repair and it was sold. We had checked on it a couple of times and it was not ready - we were told they would call when it was done. No phone call and no letter. They sold my son’s bike and only offered a sorry. We have taken in many bikes for repair - but never again. Beware.
My family has dealt with this shop since it was Shafer Schwinn years ago. We bought our first bike from them shortly after we moved to this town, when they were still in the Hart Street location. They always got our rides sorted out. We use to break 20 inch bikes dirt jumping frequently. We had mountain bikes for distance and trails, but 20's were for extreme riding. Will always rate this place 5 stars. Staff is always willing to help out and take the time to answer questions. You don't get this small town service from Walmart !!!!
