If i could give them 6 stars i would! I am not surprised that it has been voted the 12th best bicycle shop in the US. The service and knowledge(!) is impeccable! Highly recommended if you are looking for quality (Thanks Tim!).
Flew in for Ironman 70.3, looking for co2 cartridges and they seemed to be the only ones in town who then. While purchasing, the hubby enjoyed a conversation with one of the guys and also noticed TONS of cool gadgets in the shop. The guys also got delivery of lunch and gave us some great suggestions for local fair! �
Terrible customer service. Don't bother spending your money at Michael Bikes. Tried to ship a bike, they never shipped it. When I went back to inquire, they said they were "behind"....but they sat there chatting instead of helping me - AFTER I'd paid them. I did get a refund, to be fair, but I wouldn't ever go back, wouldn't use their services ever again.
Wont exchange for store credit or refund basket mint condition lightly used with receipts too expensive and always up selling there $300 bikes that I have no interest in and which to me is rude and outputting . dont go there people these guys are jerks attitudes and dont appreciate it at all . there are better places and cheaper.
31 years? Is that how long I've been coming here to keep 4 bikes rolling? Latest bike I bought from Bicycle Michael's was almost 11 years ago! Love you guys!!!!
