My dad’s old bike got left in a shed for over a decade after his health condition made it impossible for him to ride. The bike was very special to him but in storage became very neglected and beat up. It needed a lot of work and care. I brought it into the Bicycle House and they were so kind and helpful from the first second I entered the shop. They were eager to help me with repairs. Just a fantastic experience all around! I recieved concierge level service from the moment I contacted the store. Beso actually came in on his day off to help me arrange a long distance purchase, walk around and shipment of a beautiful Scott Plasma 6 RC Ultimate bike.
