I ended up at Bicycle Health after a long journey. My problem started with dental work, I had no clue what an opiate was before that. I eventually went to a different dentist, but I was addicted and did not even know it. Then it came time to get help. I was with Bicycle Health from Sep 2023-March 2025 and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the large variety of meetings, they helped me so much..I had the same psychiatrist for awhile who I loved. She was so sweet, nonjudgmental & didn’t cause me any distress. Sadly she changed companies, and I ended up with a new psychiatrist..this is when things changed for the worst. Been with them for a few years now. I’ve had like 5 different doctors. Had issues with them sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy then being told “can you just pick it up from there this one time” even though it happens like all the time. They blame everything on the pharmacy when something goes wrong even though I’ve never had not one issue with the pharmacy with other medications. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the weekends. A few months ago they implemented this new policy that you HAVE to join a group for at least... read more
