I started to use them a few weeks ago and my only issue is why didn’t I use them before, the app is very easy to use and the people who I have worked with a fantastic. Thank you for this service, before I would have to wait around all day at a dr office or my appointment would be randomly cancelled…nope not here all done on your phone wirh video chat. The only reason I started with bicycle is because I moved and I had to find a new doctor. They make everything so complicated and they treat you like crap. I would not recommend them to anyone. They lie to you and when you catch them in a lie they just ignore it and expect you to just move forward. They don’t care if you have your meds or not.
It was fine until you start to see the true intentions. Straight money grab will leave you hanging with no meds and don't let your insurance lapse they will tax that ass. Better off going through you local detox center and just get off the subs. They treat you like a payment.
If you're looking for a great program to do medicated assisted treatment then this is a great option. They accept a few of the major private insurances or you can pay 250 self pay, not including the medication. I was with them for 2 years until my insurance changed. They offer tons of meetings all day long and also offer weekly coaching. I HIGHLY recommend Peter for your recovery coach.
