The owner, Peter,was extremely rude to a customer who was polite and had done nothing wrong. A friend from out of town had ordered and paid for a bike. After she had driven 200 miles to pick it up, it was not there. Peter angrily made excuses, and finally admitted that it had been sold to someone else. He offered no apologies and refused any compensation besides giving her money back and actually asked her to leave! Until this incident, I had considered buying a bike here. Do not give this man your business.

Dunie, your statements are blatantly false. I apologized multiple times and admitted repeatedly that we, as a shop, had mistakenly sold the bike that was assembled for her to someone else before she came to pick it up. I offered to have the exact same bike in a different color assembled and ready to go before the end of the day or to refund Mary Jane's purchase in full-- what I felt were two very reasonable solutions given the mistake we had made. Their Customer Service, selection of Quality Giant Bikes, Parts and Accessories. I just purchased a 2nd Giant 16" Liv Adore bicycle for my 2 young children (ages 4 & 5) and they love'em. I Love that they offer a Trade Up Program for kids and Tune-Ups for Life! I'll be purchasing a new bike from them this year for myself and hopefully soon.
Our governor just gave stay at home orders for COVID-19. But before that I was able to get my bicycle from The Bicycle Hanger where it had some Spring readiness work done. I called ahead, then drove to the shop, paid by credit card via phone from my car. They washed their hands and wiped the bike down. Then they brought it out carrying it with wipes in their hands. These are great people to deal with..Awesome customer service. I took my son in (5yrs old) and they got him set up with the perfect bike! Plus 50% off the first helmet, and their trade up program for kids! I'll definitely be returning for all my bike shopping.
Competitive prices and great customer service.
I live in GFs & bought a bike, helmet, bike light & a kuat bike rack from Bicycle Hangar last wkend. Five -star customer service all the way! One of the guys graciously helped me put the rack on my car and was very patient w/ questions. I will be back for service & parts.
I recently rented a couple of bikes for my wife and me from these guys. The service was top notch and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful.
Staff is professional and courteous. Will come back again and again for accessories and parts.
