I had a very good experience with this shop. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful in getting my bike fixed.
Liam tuned up and replaced a few parts on my 13 year old bike. It rides like a dream now! I can’t believe how smooth and silent it is. The customer service from Liam and Nathan was wonderful. Nathan also helped my children find new helmets. He was great at making sure they fit properly. Both Liam and Nathan were very friendly and professional. I love the downtown BGI. I am always happy stepping into that store.
