Staff was kinda rude. Although what should be noted is that they cary nothing and don't do anything with the brand Lectric Second thing to be noted is that when I compared their prices, they were very high priced compared to an easy search ebay
Just bought a bike today and am very happy. They have a great selection of bikes and very good prices. Their customer service was excellent as well. I highly recommend going here if you need anything bike related.
Lost 10+ year customer. I've spent $10k at this store buying bikes for my entire family unfortunately new management is terrible. Starting from the very top with the store manager "George". The immediate answer was "can't help you" to find tires for a bike I purchased there since I had forgotten the tire size. REALLY? I get it, but to not even try? Repeated "nope can't help you buddy". I came in this place with just two flat tires. They tried to charge me $260 for a dam deluxe tune up. These people are scammers and swindlers. Don’t trust them.
Never helpful and disrespectful bc they thought I knew nothing about bikes
