I joined my parents as they looked for new bikes. The store manager, Keith, helped them purchase 2 new e-bikes. They could not stop talking about him after they left. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all of their questions. They have since gone back to pick up additional accessories and they always make a point to talk with him while they are there. He is, as my parents say, such a professional and Epic is lucky to have him!

Best bike shop in Hendersonville. Very good pricing for the repair work. They not only fixed what I needed, they tuned up some other stuff I didn't know was needed at no cost.
