The brakes on my husband’s Rollerator (wheeled walker) stopped working. I asked Ricky if he was willing to try and repair them. He not only fixed the brakes, but made the Rollerator work better than ever—for a very reasonable price! Ricky, and everyone at Epic Cycles, are really caring people who do know their brakes!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Recently my bikes were submerged during the Helene storm and in bad shape. Ricky and Jordan were very knowledgeable and took care of me. They went above and beyond to help with an awful situation. Best bike shop experience I’ve ever had.
