Thanks a million for getting me back on the road. I blew out my rear disc brake and was just planning to drop off the bike (shortly after 5pm), Uber home, and reclaim the bicycle this weekend. You had me all patched up in no time and I still got home in time to make pancakes! You have consistently dropped everything when I pop in with a commuting issue and I am deeply grateful. Started dealing with these folks about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I stopped in looking for some thoughts on good rides for a new (but serious) rider. Immediately got an offer from one of the employee's to match me up with another employee who was going out for a ride. Wes (who works for the Everett store) took me out and showed me a beautiful ride that just about killed me. I was so far below his level, but he kept checking on me and judging how I was doing. The kid's bike had a shot back tire, needed tubes, water bottle cages and some spare nuts/caps. The people there were friendly, helpful and cost conscious about what I needed. I thought they were very service oriented and plan to take any bike repairs to their shop in the future. Thank you!
