Always the highest level of customer service. I’d call it exceptional but it’s not; it’s excellent service every single time we’ve been in there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A fantastic bike shop, couldn't recommend enough. Andrew is a friendly, passionate and knowledgeable guy and is fantastic to deal with and will go to great lengths to help you out. He didn't have the bike I was after but ordered it in in only a few days and beat an already good price we'd been offered elsewhere. Eltham Bicycle Centre is not at all local to me but I'll still be going back!
I bought two bikes for my kids from Bicycle Centre Eltham and also took my kids bikes there twice for service. I’ve been treated like a VIP customer and I was extremely happy with their service for both sales & repairs. I would highly recommend them
