I have bought two (2) Sun Traditional 26 adult trikes (because the first was stolen) and delivery was timely in both cases, Roque assembled both of the trikes, and the customer service is excellent. He directed me to a much stronger bike lock for trike2. I'm a happy customer!

The Bicycle Center of Fort Worth is awrsome! I akways get first class service, high quality work at an excellent price. Love this place, if Rocky doesn't have it, he'll order the part and put it on for you. Don't forget to look at his classy, vintage bikes.

Horrible experience, poor customer service, (should have done a Google search on reviews before walking into this place). I was called a liar multiple times in front of customers, and my daughter due to a mistake on his part. Spent way more than I originally wanted because I would have lost the cash already given to him as down payment/layaway (which is his store policy). Again, because of a mistake he made but blamed me.
