Amazing service. I came with out of the box help needed for a special needs child bike and though they sold me nothing, they provided everything I needed. Showed me where online I could get parts and helped measure to make sure I got correct kits. Beyond thankful for the help. Compassion, service, and knowledge. I urge everyone to support them and I know my first stop for any future help on making sure my child has as normal a biking experience as possible.

I have always had great service and advice there. I recently bought a bike after going to every shop in town the service and knowledge couldn't be beat. The Bicycle Cafe is the best bike shop in Kamloops.
