Bought my first e-bike today with the help of Lachlan and Niall. They both had an impressive knowledge of their products and let me try out multiple bikes to find the right one. Highly recommend.

Brought my bike in, they looked at it, did the updates and got it back to me very quickly. When they called to tell me it was ready they explained clearly what was happening, why it happens and what to do to keep it from happening. Friendly service, great explanation.
