Excellent Care ! The staff has always been very supportive and helpful !! Mason is the best and very attentive to my needs for a shoulder injury!! Personalized service and care !
Medical care is five star with exception of receptionist, Cheryl. Called Cheryl to ask if I could get my afternoon appointment moved to the morning for next month. Was spoken to with an abrupt “no” and “you’re lucky to get what you got.” I do not appreciate the peevishness and condescension that I was met with and felt like expressing this review totally appropriate. It’s not what we say, it’s how we say it.
