The VA sent me here for my pain in my hand and wrist . The doctor was friendly and explained everything. As he performed the test and he was very thorough and polite . The front desk clerk was a sweetheart very polite and sweet. Clean office . Glad I went to get a proper decision on my issue.
This was not a very reassuring decision to visit this establishment. I pass on any further visits here. He does not explain or did he attempt to educate me on his procedures. I didn't feel comfortable at all.
Very through testing. He knew what my problem was quickly.
The best experience I could have hoped for. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Bicknell was very friendly and I finally found out what was wrong! I highly recommend.
Front office staff was wonderful, the doctor was AWFUL. I am not the only one, just the only one to write a review.
