I called them in the morning and they were out to fix my AC within just a few hours. Solved the problem in under 20 minutes. Great business and Frank is a great guy.
I had my AC go out and was told it would be over a week from when the service provider (my warranty company scheduled) could come out. My friend recommended Bicknell from her great experience with them. I called and the woman who answered the phone said they weren’t taking new customers but would see what she could do.
