Worked with me on my job situation because I had both hips done in a matter of 11 weeks. I had to go back after 6 weeks with first hip (reason 12 weeks total w/family leave act), worked for 5 weeks when then did second hip. Definitely listened to me about rehab and how much I needed and felt very successful including that in conjunction. I was back to work 6 weeks after 2nd hip, I had great outcome and feel like I have my life back.
Dr. Bickley recently performed surgery on my knee and did an outstanding job! About a year ago, he treated my other knee and did an excellent job then! He is very nice, knowledgeable and very professional! I consider him a top notch surgeon who really cares about his patients! !!
I have had two orthopedic surgeries done by Dr. Bickley and both have been very successful. His professionalism and bedside manner was exceptional. He took the time to explain my problem and the best way to treat it. His office staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend him to a family member or a friend.
Dr. Bickley did a partial knee replacement on my left knee in January 2017. No one can advise someone to have an operation but if my experience is any indication, the positive results were overwhelming. From beginning to end mine was a seemless experience. Dr. Bickley and his staff were terrific. I was always informed and had all my questions answered clearly. He was a consummate professional and his attitude made the entire process go smoothly. I could not make a higher recommendation.
I personally highly recommend Dr. Bickley. I broke my left tibia and fibula in September. Dr. Bickley did everything and more to get me back to being healthy and normal. He answers all your questions and concerns. He educates his patience on what is going on and how to prevent any other injuries. He is very easy to speak with and available. One of the best in town! The office personal is awesome as well and friendly. They make it easy and always remind you when you have an upcoming appointment.
Dr. Bickley repaired my destroyed right rotator cuff in 2009 and have had no problems since, which is saying a lot considering the damage it had. I'm returning in 2016 for my left side.
Dr does not focus on patient at least not me, conversations with his orthopedic techs carried on during visit. although I was in too much pain to replace him I had Dr Bickley do my knee replacement, which at one of the follow up visits he did NO examination. He has been arrogant and rude lacks compassion. Also makes fun of the way people who need replacements or have arthritis. He is indeed smug. I will not use ever again nor recommend.

I am truly flabbergasted and troubled by this review! I value all of my patients. I want them to know that they are respected and that I always have their best interests at heart! As John M. attests, my practice is based on the many repeat patients and word of mouth referrals to their friends and families. I take pride in my reputation with our community PCP's, having cared for many of them and their families. I cannot place this patient but I encourage her to call me so this can be resolved.
