Dont even live in the state. Call him cuase he was the only open boss plow supplier in the us at the time i needed information on boss plow harness. He knew the harness part number of the top hes head. Much thanks to guy that anwser the phone.. even tried to order the harness from him. And he advised me that there should be a supplier open tomorrow in my state that should have it in stock... much thanks. High recommend him to the plow guys in washtion state... hes the BOSS PLOW guy to call and get parts from know his parts!!... read more
Bickford is great for horse trailer buying and servicing. Maggi Is super knowledgeable and helpful, as are their technicians Cole and Bryce. Bryce has helped me out a number of times with small but annoying problems with my live-in thanks to his extensive knowledge of RVs. They really go over and above. Definitely recommend.
Knowledgeable service help. Maggie knows the common issues associated the various manufacturers and possible solutions. Scheduling was done well - my trailer was ready when promised and I had work beyond the annual maintenance completed. Excellent communication- just leave a message if no one answers. It will be returned promptly. I felt that the quality and extent of the work accomplished was well worth the cost.
We Purchased a 2024 Featherlite Stock Combo Trailer at Bickford Trailers. Maggie Was Great To Work With. She Gave Us A Fair Trade In On Our Older Stock Trailer. We Were In & Out In An Hour or Less. I Highly Recommend Checking With Maggie If Your Looking For A Trailer.
