Carl has always cared for his tenants and our safety. I have been here for 20 years and I have never had issues with the apartments or Carl. He takes his job seriously.
The apartment is nice
The location is great...it's a city school, daycare, community center,city park, convenience stores, and it's 5 minutes away from downtown Memphis...Mr.Carl is a decent manager...the rent is affordable...the only things about the building are the elevator malfunctions sometimes...it is horrible sitting outside because there is no place to sit,and ...but just to be honest about the residents...they are horrible. I was skeptical at first about moving into Bickford Square Apts based on the reviews, but now that I have been here for the past three years, it has been a good experience. The manager is very helpful and when issues arise, they get addressed quickly. I feel safe in my apartment and I like the fact that my neighbors look out for each other.
