I would not recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who cares about the well-being of their loved ones. The management is disorganized and unresponsive, creating a stressful and unsafe environment for both residents and staff. I witnessed and heard of multiple instances where residents were neglected, their needs overlooked, and their dignity ignored. Working at Bickford was a terrible experience for me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone’s family to stay here or anyone to work here The staff doesn’t care about anyone and will put you at risk for losing your license.

My sister and I looked into this place about 3 months ago for my parents. Despite the fact the rooms are very small for two people, we still decided to put the $500 deposit down and hoped a bigger room would soon becoming available. After visiting another Assisted Living facility the very next day, we found another place that would fit out parents' needs better.
