Such a beautiful community with a very welcoming atmosphere. Jordyn, the Family Advocate, was incredibly kind and patient with all of my questions. She was very professional throughout the entire experience and I highly recommend.
Really appreciate the time Jordyn took to show us around. She didn’t rush us and answered every question we had even if they seemed silly. She really took her time to get to know my mom and introducing her to others around the building. Though mom decided to stay with us for now, we know who our first choice will be if mom ever decides living with us is no longer what she wants.
The community is so beautiful inside and when I toured, the residents were having so much fun playing a game with balloons! It was nice to see the staff being so interactive with the residents. Jordyn was very pleasant and so was Laurel, the executive director. Wonderful place.
My Sister-in-Law was recently moved in not wanting to leave her home ,It was very tramatic for her .Jordan P. Was so kind and most helpful with the transition.She goes above and beyond .AGreat asset to BickFord of Battle Creek
