My mother has been here for about 3 mos and is considered "high level" for care yet most of the staff find it too much trouble to help her go to the bathroom. Mostly the overnight staff. They congregate in an area and do not help the residents. This is very sad. My mother told her visiting nurse "she does not feel safe here"!! Do NOT Recommend this place. If you're going to be in elderly care, you should probably care about the elderly!

Management needs to take control over it's employees or corporate! The is disrespecting of residents and between employees is unthinkable! Please do not send your love ones here unless you are able to come every day at different times

I had my Dad there for a year for assisted living. Bickford is a small place which enables a very intimate setting. Everyone knows each other. Bickford staff was wonderful. Everybody knew each other on a first name basis. It felt like family. He was very happy there. And I felt secure knowing he was well taken care of when I would leave town for awhile. I highly recommend Bickford for peace of mind for the family and a great place for your loved one.

I had my interview today and got along with the ED immediately the place is so clean and decorated for the fall im so excited to be a part of a happy friendly and clean environment!

My father in law was very lucky to have lived here. He enjoyed all the meals, events and the outings. All the employees were outstanding. My husband and I knew he was well taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about him.
