I called to find out about the cost of neutering a cat and they want $1000 . These people are out of there ever loving minds. This is the most overpriced insane number. I’ve gotten thus far. We really need to do more to regulate the cost of veterinarian care because people are gouging the life out of patients.
When your dog pulls you to the vet on their walks, you know they are treated with love. I took my dog Ghost here for years and the only reason I stopped was moving out of the province. Everyone from the vets, techs, and reception have always been so welcoming and comforting. Even when they are so busy, they always treated my dog with patience and love. I sent this veterinary clinic feedback about a vet telling me that my cat does not have an eye infection, and it turned out he did, in fact, need antibiotics after getting a 2nd opinion at another vet. They responded telling me it was in everyone's best interest if I went to another vet in the future, without acknowledging the mistake in care, or any kind of reflection or peer review process.
