I can’t put into words how wonderful this place is. I have brought my two kitty boys in since I adopted them and the service really reflects the integrity of all the people who work here. Booking is easy and accommodating, contact and communication is very streamlined and quick, and they really give you their attention and time, even if you’re a ball of anxiety like myself and have a million questions. Bickford has been our vet for 5 years. From our first day in the city to our dogs last day, the staff was always kind, generous, and incredibly caring. As a senior dog he spent a lot of time with them over the years and they always treated him like the good boy he was and were always happy to see him to the very end.
