I honestly never thought I would have to write a review like this for a place that charges almost 5 figures a month for high quality care. Our entire experience since day one was the worst one. We paid extra to get our family member’s clothes done and that never happened. He managed to left the facility in 3 different occasions, getting injured during the last one. Where do I begin? I can feel finally sleep knowing my dad’s in a great community. Actually, community is the perfect word as everyone cares so much! From Dawn, the Executive Director, to Meredith, the Patient Advocate, to Rene, the Activity Coordinator, to the nurses, chefs, CNAs and even the guest ambassador dogs, Lola and Archie, everyone looks out for my loved one.
