I regularly have my vehicle’s service done at Bickford Ford…. SINCE WRITING THE EDITED REVIEW ABOVE: I had my water pump changed in my ‘24 Bronco Sport (a known issue) The service was done, and I drove my car home, about 3 miles. Later, on my way to the store, I got about 1/4 mile from my house and my car overheated. I immediately pulled over and had my car towed to the dealer. THE TECHNICIAN FORGOT TO TIGHTEN A CLAMP. Excellent work, helpful service department.
Appointment was easy to set up. They’re very busy so I took a couple days however I was not able to get there on time through accommodating allowing me to leave my vehicle. I’m getting the work done in a timely manner. Everyone in Brickford Ford is friendly, professional, and timely.
Waited for my oil change this time. It only took about 40 minutes. Thank you Bickford Ford. Still loving my 2018 F350 too.
